Refund, Cancellation, and Other Policies

Charter Inclusions

Every yacht charter includes a professional captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, water, and ice to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Guests can enjoy complete onboard hospitality throughout their trip.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking with a refund based on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip are fully refundable. Cancellations made 3–7 days before the trip receive a 90% refund, while those made 1–3 days before the trip receive 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. Xclusive Yachts reserves the right to cancel bookings due to bad weather, mechanical issues, or Coast Guard restrictions, in which case a full refund or satisfactory rescheduling will be offered.

Refund Policy

In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed promptly to the original payment method. Any fines, damages, or violations caused by guests during the trip may result in deductions from the security deposit or the card used for booking.

Additional Policies

All guests must present valid identification before boarding. The company enforces strict safety, behavior, and cleanliness standards as required by Dubai Coast Guard. Guests are expected to comply with crew instructions at all times. Any reckless behavior, disregard for rules, or property damage may lead to termination of the charter without refund. Smoking inside the yacht, littering, or jumping overboard is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed onboard.

Payment Terms

Xclusive Yachts accepts Visa and MasterCard payments in AED. Customers under 18 are not permitted to make bookings. All online transactions are secure, and the company does not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries. A pre-authorization or security deposit may be required at the marina to cover potential damages or additional services used during the trip.
